These Terms & Conditions outline how we provide our services at Tui Creatives. By working with us, you agree to the terms below.
We provide web design, graphic design, and related creative services as outlined on our website or in your quote. Every project is tailored to your needs and agreed upon before work begins.
All prices are listed in NZD and are exclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise).
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the website goes live or final files are delivered.
Payments can be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on your invoice.
All projects include one round of revisions (unless stated otherwise).
Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be discussed with you before proceeding.
You agree to provide all necessary information (such as text, logos, or photos) in a timely manner.
Delays in receiving content may result in delays to your project timeline.
We will deliver your project professionally and to the best of our ability.
Websites will be built to function correctly on modern browsers and mobile devices.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers (such as hosting, plugins, or domain services).
Once full payment is received, you own the rights to your completed website and/or design files.
We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
If you cancel a project after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
If we are unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund any payments made for work not yet delivered.
While we take great care in our work, Tui Creatives is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use of our services.
